Camp Permit Weekend March 2005

Friday 18th March no earlier than 5.00pm to Sunday 20th March 2.30 finish
Registration Fee $3.00 per patrol + $6.00 per girl for use of site.

Girls will need to provide:

• Camp Cook Badge and Campers Badge - Assessment Date and Name of Assessor to be included in your paperwork.
• Completed OE/2 form.
• List of girls attending.
• Programme - Menu - Equipment List - First Aid List
• Stamped self-addressed envelope.
• Cheque for fee.

Cooking must be done on gas. Please ensure that you are familiar with the gas equipment you will be using and that it is in good order.

Adults will be on site all weekend for emergencies only, and camp assessors will be out to assess your camp sometime over the weekend.

Please note that Guides are expected to be in uniform for the weekend.
